Unemployed workers find that their skills are obsolete, Hound finds 87,000 jobs.

PASADENA, CA, October 14, 2010 /Employment - Careers PR News/ -- Labor Department's latest jobs report has shown that 95,000 jobs were lost in September, but economists and companies are still talking about structural unemployment.
The hardest hits have been construction workers and people who were in retail jobs.
