Jan is actively involved in managing all major aspects of the business. She got her start in the business after she moved from retail human resources to recruiting, which is a personalized service within a company. Jan then transferred that skill to recruiting and partnering with her clients.
During her educational career, Jan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Wayne State University. She is a member of the Michigan Water Color Society, Women's Economic Commission, Women's Fashion Group and Red Cross. Jan performs public speaking engagements at Adult Protocol events. In the time away from her busy schedule she enjoys playing piano, reading mystery novels and painting with water colors.
