As Owner of Pow Wow Group she has consistently displayed the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
The Pow Wow Group is a multi-faceted organization which provides pathways for the growth of their clients. The company is made up of three parts. Pow Wow Consulting is a Human Resource Management company offering clients job placement, training and recruitment strategies, as well as running numerous Government Funded Programs. Pow Wow Training Pty. Ltd. is a Registered Training Organization offering Nationally Recognized Accredited Training in a variety of industry sectors. Pow Wow Experience Works is a Fee For Service recruitment agency.
Kate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business. She has spent over fifteen years in senior and executive roles for in various Training and Recruitment companies and Local Government which has included community-based organizations as well as corporate entities.
During her educational career, Kate earned degrees in Psychology, Marketing, Business and Human Resource Management. She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Kate is a member of the Inner Middle South Network, South East Melbourne Manufacturing Alliance Inc. and the VINO (RTO Network Group).
