Two Barg Coffin Attorneys Named to Bar Association of San Francisco Environmental Law Section Executive Committee
Barg, Coffin, Lewis & Trapp partners Joshua A. Bloom and Marc A. Zeppetello have been elected to the executive committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco's (BASF) Environmental Law Section for 2011.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 12, 2011 /Employment - Careers PR News/ -- Barg, Coffin, Lewis & Trapp partners Joshua A. Bloom and Marc A. Zeppetello have been elected to the executive committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco's (BASF) Environmental Law Section for 2011.
The Environmental Law Section's mission is to serve and educate both attorneys and members of the general public about environmental law.
Bloom's practice involves environmental counseling, litigation and transactional work. Matters have included some of the largest military base transfers in the United States, including the Presidio in San Francisco and the Oakland Army Base in Oakland, Calif. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School (1990) and his M.A. and B.A. from the State University of New York, Albany (1982, 1981). Bloom also serves as treasurer for the Environmental Law Section.
Zeppetello is a skilled litigator and has extensive experience counseling clients on issues such as: federal and state environmental laws; the Clean Air Act; the Clean Water Act; cleanup of contaminated property and cost recovery; and management of hazardous waste. Zeppetello earned his J.D., from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (1985) and his B.S. from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry (1977).
