As a contracted Conductor of Permanent Talent for the McNeill Nakamoto Recruitment Group, as well as throughout his incredible career, Alistair has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Mr. Gilchrist is a proactive Human Resources Generalist who is highly motivated by working in a fast paced, transforming environment. Alistair works in partnership with Operations Management, influencing key stakeholders, to create cultural harmonization geared towards a client and quality focused organization.
Alistair specializes in employee relations including disciplinary management, grievance management, investigation management and terminations. He is also highly knowledgeable in recruitment and selection life cycle including sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes, telephone interviewing, coordinating assessment days and managing competency based interviews. In addition, Alistair has been involved with training and development including creating documents for both disciplinary and recruitment and selection training.
During his collegiate career, Mr. Gilchrist earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Hertfordshire. Alistair is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the International Association for Human Resources.
