Doran Jones has over 30 years of practical, hands on experience in marshalling project deliverables and building onsite, onshore, near shore, and offshore development teams for their clients. Christina is responsible for leading global recruitment for the firm. Prior to joining Doran Jones, she worked in human resources at Ernst & Young for 10 years. Christina also served as a Senior Recruiter for Compuware Corporation in Montreal where she sourced hundreds of both full time and consultant resources for Compuware and for their global investment bank client. During her collegiate career, Christina earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from McGill University.
